It depends on the size of your business, your business needs, how much storage do you need, what pricing plan suits you, etc. So, we’ll help you identify what productive suite you should choose between Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Zoho for your business.

Google Workspace

Jeff Bezos once says “Treat Google like a mountain. You can climb the mountain, but you can’t move it”. Google Workspace offers plans for every level of your business whether you are a start-up or even an enterprise. Google doesn’t provide desktop(on-premise) apps that’s one thing you should be aware of before choosing Google Workspace.

Microsoft 365

Microsoft has been there in the industry for quite a long time. That makes Microsoft 365 a trust-worthy and reliable option to opt for. Microsoft 365 pricing plans also give us the ability to pay monthly and annually which makes payments feasible for customers. Microsoft provides on-premise apps which is easier for those who are not comfortable working online.

Zoho

Zoho has been an attraction for small businesses in recent times. So, if you are also a startup or a small company you can also opt for Zoho services. Zoho is the cheapest of them all and also provides a free plan so if you are looking for an economical suite Zoho is a good option for you.

Final Verdict

After studying the comparison between Google Workspace vs Microsoft 365 vs Zoho, you might have observed that Zoho is not equipped for huge enterprises or larger businesses. Zoho is mostly used by startups or small businesses where their major motive of using Zoho is its cost-effectiveness and they are mostly not concerned about its limited features. Whereas Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 both are used by large enterprises, their pricing plans are mostly similar without much difference. Google Workspace has an advantage over Microsoft 365 when it comes to storage and features, as G Suite provides much better functionality to work online as compare to Microsoft 365. And also allows unlimited storage for more than 5 users in a business plan which is a huge benefit. Recent research also shows that the office suite market in the United States is split between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, with Google Workspace being a market leader holding a share of 56.97% and Microsoft 365 occupying 42.63%. So, if you are a small business looking for an economical productivity suite you can opt for Zoho Workplace, but if you are an established business and want to increase productivity in your work environment you can go for Google Workspace.
